1. Improve Your Social Skills 提高社交能力

  Meeting new people is one of the great upsides of traveling. Whether it's chatting up your hostel roommate, making small talk with your seat-mate on a train or having a lively discussion at a local bar, you will be forced to improve your social skills (especially if you're traveling solo). If new situations tend to make you anxious, traveling is a sure way to take steps toward reducing that anxiety. 結識新朋友是旅行的好處之一。與旅館室友交談,和火車臨座聊天,在一家當地酒吧加入熱烈討論,都能提高你的社交能力(尤其是單獨出游時)。如果新局面往往導致你焦慮,毫無疑問,旅行能幫你緩解。
